I am a property development and investment business leader focusing on large-scale, mixed-use projects. I have assembled multi-disciplinary teams and directed projects from initial identification through to letting and into asset management. I enjoy getting ‘into the detail’ of issues to ensure successful execution, as well as setting the strategic vision – and recognise how closely these are linked. Working in a small team with such diversity requires others to take ownership and I enjoy seeing them empowered to perform to the best of their ability.
